How can u learn spoken english?

I think you may have some problems with your pronunciation or fluency?
You can spend ten minutes to speak the English news everyday. I think this method may help you to improve your fluency.
And you can learn the correct accent by watching English programmes.
Actually, the most important thing is to speak English bravely. =) Read more english books everyday

I choose to listen to English songs as this is a relaxing way to learn.
Or you can have a glimpse of someone's speech on youtube. speaking more english
