English Plaza 版規有大量文法錯誤

1. Foul languages(Both Chinese and English) are prohibited
-The phrases which have bad meaning are banned, he or she will deduct 20-30 points -If somebody replies or posts foul language, he or she will deduct 20-30 points
2. Posting meaningless topic and replies are prohibited
- Such as without any comment or express their idea
-Violating the post will minus 10 points
3. Copy other's member replies or topic and double posting are prohibited
- He or she will deduct 10-20 points
4. Reply different post continuously more than 10 times and reply in any old post are prohibited
-He or she will minus 20-30 points [對於一個人流不多的版塊此規則局限了回覆的數量/討論程度。]
5. Scold at each other in the post and advertising are prohibited
- He or she will minus 30-40 points and the post will be closed
6. NO CHINESE is allowed in English Plaza
- If any member broke this rules, he or she will deduct 30 points!
7. Open more than 7 posts in a day is prohibited
- Each extra post will deduct 10 points [對於一個人流不多的版塊此規則局限了回覆的數量/討論程度。]
8. Posting other forum's website is prohibited
- He or she will deduct 40-50 points

作為英文版的版規應該重視英語的運用和文法, 以作示範。
Suggestion:
Items below are not allowed.Members who violates the rules and regulation specified below are liable to deduction of credit points from their accounts depending on the severity.
1.Posting any posts containing indecent content or foul languages
-Commonly accepted slang such as "shit", "piss" are accepted
2.Posting of meaningless posts
-The definition of the term meaningless is specified in this regulation as follow: ... (to be specified by the board monitor(s))
3.Direct copying of other's posts or replies (I think "連貼" can be allowed.)
4.Personal attack
5.Commercial advertising
-The definition of the term advertising is specified in this regulation as follow: ... (to be specified by the board monitor(s))
-Posting of other forums' links may not be regarded as advertising so long as he / she has no intention to do so or no commercial benefit is associated with his / her posting of such links.
6.Using of any Chinese characters
-Exceptions are allowed in some cases and examples of such exception are given in this regulation
-Examples: ... (to be specified by the board monitor(s))
The monitor(s) may delete or lock any posts / replies in compliance with this regulation.

Thanks for your suggestions.
Obviously you can correct those mistakes and I can see there're lots of formal terms.
However, it's still kind of "chinglish".

好了， 用回中文一下。
說真的，對於去了外國的我來說，才發現到英文不是太著重文法運用。
就像外國人學中文，首先學的並不是怎樣用文法，而是文法的意義。
所以，有時候太Formal，只會令到文章變得奇怪。
最後，也感激你的提點，讓我有時間修改。 在下相信新版主將能為Eng Plaza帶來更好的風氣，
且一洗以前所有弊病，
並令全壇英語水平更上一層樓。
