here is a picture, the upper one is the new sercer, and the lower one is the old server
you can know which one you are below you character's name on the login page.

for conivence, i suggest surfing gwiki, and try to read those information( it maybe difficult, but most of common parts have japanese-chinese,which i think you can understand 7~80%)

Please notice that there are information of devils, and ・二身合体表http://imagine.gkwiki.com/159.html

精霊is obtained by combining devils of same class.
the easilest for you to get lv 7 is from the two 地霊 that you can meet.

lv1地霊迷い込んだカハク
ps:if you don't mind, i suggest you coming to the old server as i am in a chinese union now, i think they may also help you.

by the way, you should find the npc after 20 lv because you have to spend a '20lv' devils to complete the mission

1: sell...
2:use 宝石 to talk with devils(but mostly useless - -)
3:魔晶needs 宝石(but i think you don't need to consider this now)
conclusion, just sell them to npc

i suggest you keeping it because it is useful later.

for 騎乘, there are server devils, all the devils with 敏捷 are used for 騎乘
you can find them on gwiki
however, 敏捷なケルベロス is the easiest one that you can get because it gas the lowest lv, and the equipment is free. most of the equipment are bought from cp, or get from devils, so it's difficult for you to get them

1: up lv to 21 and get a 21聖獣, then waste SOME money to search for the quipment
2: catch a 未熟なオルトロス(魔獣15) and waste SOME money to search for the equipment.
4:get a 霊鳥20, and waste some money to buy the equipment(this one is easily)
3: up lv till 40, and i will help you to get a 未熟なデカラビア, and i will give you the equipment

for 抗銀, you can ask other members, i believe they would also like to go to 抗銀.
there are many different Ds
・スギナミ魔階坑道
・魔階セルタワー
・魔階シブヤクォーツ
・旧イチガヤ駐屯地
・魔階カグラザカ朱雀洞・
魔階シナガワ神殿騎士廟　
You can read the information of these first, then you will know the reason.

well, for japanese olgame, you can buy Webmoney.
Webmoney can be bought from MK(in 信和地庫丅Vgame店)
or u can buy though network. the most easiest is though cconline.

(ps: i don't suggest you buying cp...u will know the reasons if you ask other members- =)

just simply mean how powerful and suitable the tram are.
Well, so you have experienced スギナミ魔階坑道(金) , you can find that it's very difficult.
スギナミ魔階坑道(金) is suitable for 50lv+ players

Also, remind you that you are 31 lv now, and can get a lv30 魔獣未熟なケルベロス
Don't combin it so quickly, remenber that it will learn 地獄の業火 in 40 lv, which is a very strong skill.and フォッグブレス is also another useful skill.
I suggest you spending some times to study informatuon about devils.
It will help you in combining devils, choosing a powerful devil and which devil you have to traibn.
To be easily, you can also ask other members how to get a good devils. They will have some suggestions.

其實不是他們無視你,而是你的説話有時太「小白」了
例如,你的Lv和技能是不能打金的,可是你卻希望/回説打金(寄生..抱歉用這詞)
又例如魔弾的那次,那是很簡單易明,但你卻不動脳地問。
其實―人升Lv是很難,但你可試問,能幫我/和我―起打銀嗎?
